SLM Connect moves to One Central Park

SLM Connect, a telemarketing agency, has taken space in Manchester Science Park’s facility at One Central Park in East Manchester, in order to accommodate a growing team and take advantage of the business development support on offer.

The company, whose client list includes Everything Everywhere, provides lead generation and telemarketing services to both B2C and B2B companies. Established in 1999 by Abdul Salam and Naren Jagatia, the business now has 19 employees and is planning to grow staff numbers to around 30 by the end of 2012.

Serial entrepreneur, optometrist and ambassador for enterprise and innovation, Imran Hakim, has recently been appointed as non-executive director to the businesses to provide insight and guidance on further company growth.

Abdul Salam, CEO at SLM Connect, said of the move: “Our organic growth has meant we needed to relocate to a larger office and investigate sources of business development support. We have been aware of msp’s reputation in this area and look forward to taking advantage of their free innovation services and great links with the regional business community.”

The company has taken 1,236 sq ft of office space on a three year license.
